LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Men's tennis split the weekend, beating Whittier on Friday, before dropping Saturday's meeting with Redlands.
It was all Tigers to open the weekend with Oxy rolling thru the Poets, en route to a 7-0 win. The Tigers won each singles match in straight sets and all doubles matches by a margin of at least 6-3.
Oxy's luck didn't carry over into Saturday as the Tigers fell 6-1 to Redlands.
Ace Andres was the lone victor in third singles. He won in straight sets, 6-2, 6-4.
The Tigers are back in action on Friday, April 10 against Chapman.
